Let Nature Be Your Gym!

Breathe in the fresh air, feel the sun on your back, and enjoy some beautiful scenery while getting fit!

I offer personal training sessions in-home (your home gym or I bring equipment to you) and at various local fitness facilities, as well as outdoor sessions. Some people prefer outdoor workouts to indoor workouts or to combine both into a fun and well-rounded fitness plan.

We are fortunate in southwestern B.C. to have a climate that allows for year round outdoor fitness activities. And we have some of the most beautiful trails and outdoor workout spaces!

I offer private, partner, and small group outdoor sessions for all fitness levels.  Fitness sessions can include your choice of activities such as:

  • Trail walking or jogging

  • Hiking

  • Mountain biking

  • Fun bootcamp style workout (park or track)

  • Circuit workout at an exercise park

  • Stair climbing

  • Kayaking

  • Pickleball, pickleball conditioning

  • Golf conditioning

I believe that exercise should be fun and never a chore! Trying something new or incorporating some outdoor fitness activities into your lifestyle or  fitness plan are a great way to further increase benefits and overall physical and mental wellness.
