If you're looking for just a couple sessions with an experienced trainer to set you up with an effective fitness training program and nutrition plan to do on your own, this is the program for you!  This personal training package is packed with value and you'll be set up with everything you need to take your fitness & health to the next level. 

 

JumpStart will re-motivate and inspire you and give you some new ideas to make your workouts fun again. In addition to a personalized fitness program, JumpStart includes fitness testing and/or measurements to monitor your progress, goal setting, and nutrition guidance.

​Because this program covers a lot in only 2 sessions, it's recommended for people who already have some experience with strength training. *If you're a beginner but interested in a JumpStart program, ask me how it can be customized to better suit your needs.
